This is my final capstone project as a requirement from my major, Entertainment Arts and Engineering to graduate. Throughout my college expereience, I have been estatic to take this class and work with other people on one large project. Earlier in the Fall of 2021 we were all assigned to a ~20 person team to develop a game together. Our game is named, Soul In The Chamber, where the player only has one shot, so make it count!
I was greatful enough to get an amazing group of teammates that meshed really well together to create our game together. Developing new ideas and collaborating to make a concept come to life is a dream I have been waiting to experience. I believe that we have created an amazing game to publish to Steam as my second FPS on there!
As for my role on this team, I was the Lead Engineer for a group of 6. This consisted of helping other engineers stay on task with the project deadlines alongside being a main communicator between our team and others to make sure the development process went smooth. Also, taking time to understand all of the code we had inputed into the game was important, as I had to be there when bugs in the code arose!
